Opportunities Available:

  • Trainee Trimmers / Boners
  • Experienced Butchers
  • Anyone with strong knife skills and a willingness to learn

 

  • All roles range from £13.70 p/h to £14.70 p/h depending on experience.
  • Time and half overtime offered for all employees who work over their weekly contracted 35 hours (pro rata).
  • Annual starting training wage of £24,500, moving to £25,000 for trained trimmers, with progression to boning at £27,000 (based on a 35-hour week). If overtime is worked to support butchery growth, there is potential for an extra £5,000 per year for every 5 hours of weekly overtime.
